Return Policy
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a screenshot of the confirmation email we sent you at the time of purchase, is required.
Steps for Return and Refund
- Contact Us: Email support@o2sensorspacer.com to request a return. We will respond within one working day.

Return the Item: Once your return request is approved, place the item in its original packaging. Ensure the order number is written on the shipping label, and send the package to:

Please send the return shipment tracking number to support@o2sensorspacer.com. - Refund Confirmation: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status via email.
Important Notes
- Items must remain unused.
- If the return is due to product defects, damage, or discrepancies with the description, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs and return shipping fees.
- For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction or no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the package has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you receive a shipping confirmation but the tracking information has not updated, this does not mean the package has not been shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@o2sensorspacer.com. We will promptly evaluate and resolve the issue.
